Brewing process

Over a decade ago, I began my brewing journey in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, where I first discovered my passion for craft beer. What started as curiosity quickly became a calling.

Under the mentorship of Greg Nash in Halifax, I developed a deep understanding of hop-forward beers and learned to trust my intuition when crafting new recipes. This foundation led me to Nine Locks Brewing in Dartmouth, where I honed my skills in large-scale production while maintaining the quality and character that makes craft beer special.

For the past three years, I've been working as a lead brewer at Brussels Beer Project, where I produce a variety of high-profile beers distributed throughout Europe. This role has allowed me to blend traditional techniques with innovative approaches, creating beers that honor the craft while pushing boundaries.

I specialize in well-hopped beers and high-volume production, always with a focus on quality, consistency, and the artistry that makes each batch unique.
